New images from the HAVA SOJ program have revealed previously unseen details of Turkey’s future electronic warfare aircraft, one of the country’s most discreet defense industry projects.
The information comes from The War Zone. According to the report, the aircraft was seen in a video posted by the Turkish Ministry of Defense. As shown in the images, the aircraft is already equipped with several antennas and external fairings intended for electronic jamming and signals intelligence missions.
The new images also show temporary equipment typical of flight-test campaigns, including an aerodynamic data probe installed on the aircraft’s nose and a test cable connected to the tail. These elements suggest that the program remains in the validation phase for its onboard systems.
The HAVA SOJ is based on the Bombardier Global 6000 business jet and was developed to carry out long-range electronic warfare missions while operating outside the reach of enemy air defenses. Its main role will be to detect, identify, locate and jam enemy radar and communication systems, opening safe corridors for fighter jets, drones and other allied aircraft.

The project foresees the delivery of four aircraft to the Turkish Air Force. The mission systems are being developed by ASELSAN, while platform integration is being carried out by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI). The program also includes planning, training and operational support centers.
