A mechanic from New Jersey (USA) who received a car for a safety inspection was left completely speechless upon discovering that one of the tires was patched with duct tape.
Will Niven posted a video on his TikTok profile explaining that he had received a Jeep for a safety inspection. He started by explaining that in New Jersey, you need a safety seal to drive the car, which can only be issued after an inspection.
