A woman who bought the SUV known as “China’s Range Rover” posted a video to celebrate her choice.
Bec, who owns a Jaecoo 7, uses her TikTok profile to share the many features of what she calls the “Temu Range Rover.”
In a recent video, she even suggested that her car is better than a real Range Rover — a statement that received strong support from commenters.
“From someone who owns an Evoque, I absolutely love this and would totally trade mine for one — it feels unreal,” wrote one TikTok user. “I work at Land Rover Glasgow. We sold 5 cars that came back with issues and service problems, while Jaecoo sold 200 with none,” said another.
“From a former Range Rover owner — emphasis on former — you’ve definitely exceeded expectations! Mine had issues from the day I bought it, and this one looks way better in my opinion, for half the price,” added a third.
While the Jaecoo may not have all the same features, it’s certainly a close “cousin” of the Range Rover — but in a more affordable version. According to the brand’s website, the all-wheel-drive Jaecoo 7 starts at around $44,000, while a similar Range Rover model starts at around $59,000.
