Een stel gaat viraal op sociale media nadat ze een vreemd geluid deelden dat hun nieuwe Jeep Wagoneer maakt, een mysterie dat blijkbaar door de fabrikant wordt genegeerd.
In de video die op 24 juni op TikTok werd geplaatst, legt Tasha Hill uit dat haar gloednieuwe Jeep Wagoneer een vreemd geluid begon te maken, gedemonstreerd door haar man op een parkeerplaats van een winkelcentrum.
In het bijschrift voegde ze toe dat ze al contact heeft opgenomen met Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler en Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, de dealer waar ze het voertuig in 2023 hebben gekocht.
“Dit specifieke probleem is sinds het begin talloze keren voorgekomen. Ze vertelden me dat ze het probleem niet konden reproduceren en dat ik er geen bewijs van had, dus konden ze het niet repareren of achterhalen wat het probleem was,” schreef ze.
Omdat het probleem sporadisch is, had ze moeite om het vast te leggen. Helaas hielp zelfs de opname haar zaak niet. “Toch, kijk eens: niemand kan er iets aan doen.”
Volgens haar beloofde Chrysler een casemanager aan te wijzen, maar ze heeft niets van iemand gehoord en kon niemand bereiken toen ze belden.
“Heb ik al gezegd dat ze ons de naam van de persoon die onze zaak behandelt niet kunnen geven, en dat we niet met die persoon kunnen spreken? Dat is toch helemaal niet verdacht,” stelde Hill.

So since we cant get anyone to do anything at Dodge, Jeep, Jeep Wagoneer, Chrysler, Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram anywhere else I’ve called or taken this thing too, I figure I’ll bring it to facebook world and maybe get answers or a faster response. So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice.
