Named Flying Sun 1000, the equipment features 288 LEDs that allow it to illuminate areas of up to 12,728 m² when flying at an altitude of 96 meters. When closer to the ground, at 30.5 meters, it still covers an area of 1,301 m². This technology can be useful for nighttime construction, rescue operations, and emergency situations, acting as a sort of “artificial sun.”

The drone also stands out for its payload capacity, capable of carrying up to 15 kilograms. It has two lithium batteries with up to 50 minutes of flight time, as well as foldable propellers that reduce vibration.

However, to reach its maximum lighting power, the Flying Sun 1000 requires a lot of energy, meaning it must be connected to an external power source, such as portable generators or electric vehicles. When relying only on its internal battery, it can only operate at full power for about 10 minutes.

Now available for pre-order, the Flying Sun 1000 package costs $59,995 and is intended for commercial use. The company also offers a simpler version, the Flying Sun 500, for $49,995. Both versions aim to provide robust lighting solutions for environments where intense light and mobility are essential.
